Tender documents completed incorrectly or that are incomplete will be dismissed from the process without the option of remediation.
It is therefore critically important to understand exactly what is expected from you as a bidder and you must completely adhere to the tender requirements. This course will equip you with the knowledge and skills to win tenders by:
- correctly evaluating and pre-qualifying your business’s capacity to comply to the specifications;
- subcontracting or entering into a joint venture should that be required;
- completing the tender documents with 100% accuracy and be realistic regarding market related prices and implementing profit mark-up.

- Module 1: Understand the Tender Process: The process of procuring a tender.
- Module 2: Analyse tender documents: Review and understand the tender requirements.
- Module 3: Costs, Revenue and Profits: Available costing methods in relation to tender specifications.
- Module 4: Practical Exercise: Prepare and complete a tender document
- Facilitator: Option two allows for facilitator support.
- How you will learn: The course material is organised into modules, allowing you to complete the course at your own pace.Each module is followed by self-grading quizzes and assignments. (Assignments will be marked only if option 2 is selected.
- Certification: On the second option a Certificate of Achievement will be issued after successful completion of the course.
